SHREE KRISHNA PAPER MILLS & INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine month ended December 31, 2018. Further, in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and for Prevention of Insider Trading, pursuant to Regulation 9 read with Schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for declaration of Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended December 31, 2018 for all Designated Employees (Including Directors) from February 5, 2019 and shall remain closed up to February 16, 2019 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (Including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
