Pursuant to applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, including Regulation 30, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Thursday, February 14, 2019, inter alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2018 prepared under Ind-AS, pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 along with Limited Review Report of auditors thereon. We hereby submit the above mentioned Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2018 along with Limited Review Report of auditors. The Board Meeting commenced at 02:00 p.m. and concluded at 03:00 p.m. This is for your information and records please.
