Dear Sir/Maam, This is in continuation to our letter dated May 22, 2019 wherein we had intimated that the meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on May 30, 2019 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. Further, pursuant to Regulation 30 read with schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Listing Regulations, 2015) we are hereby pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held Thursday i.e. May 30, 2019, inter-alia, considered and approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019 and the said results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee. Please find attached herewith the copy of the Audited Financial Results and Auditors Report thereon for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2019 for your reference and record.
