The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today, inter-alia considered, approved and taken on record the Standalone unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31.12.2018. In terms of the Regulation 33(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith Standalone unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended on 31.12.2018 along with the Limited Review Report. These results have been published in the newspapers.
