In continuation of our letter dated February 05, 2019 and pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), please find enclosed a copy of standalone un-audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018 duly signed, which has been considered and taken on record by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on February 12, 2019. The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 12: 30 P.M and concluded at 1:00 P.M. We also enclose a copy of the Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company, as required under Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations. This is for your kind records and information.
