SIMPLEX CASTINGS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019 and to discuss any other matter as per the agenda of the meeting. As informed in letter SCL/FY 2019-20/BSE/25 dated 29th June, 2019 the trading window of the Company will remain closed from 1st July, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019 for the Directors /KMP and other designated employees etc. covered under the code. We would like to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed till 48 hours after the conclusion of meeting i.e. upto August 14th, 2019.
