This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 14 August 2018 inter alia, has approved Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30 June 2018 of the Company alongwith Limited review report thereupon. Further, Mr. Kundan Tanawade member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f 14 August 2018. He is also being designated as Key Managerial Person (KMP) pursuant to Companies Act, 2013.
