Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 31st December, 2018 together with Limited Review Report of Auditors thereon have been duly approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Thursday, 14th February, 2019.
