South India Projects Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve to consider and approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter ended December 31, 2018, Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct the Trading Window for trading in the Companys shares by the Directors and Designated Persons of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, February 8th, 2019 to Friday, February 15th, 2019 (both days inclusive).
