SPENTEX INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019. Further, pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, as framed pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended and as already intimated vide our letter dated April 3, 2019, that the Trading Window, which already stands closed with effect from April 3, 2019, would continue to remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid financial results, for trading in Companys equity shares by designated persons. Accordingly, all Directors / Employees / Connected / Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
