Dear Sir/Madam, This is in reference to our previous intimation dated 22nd March, 2019 regarding dispatch of Postal Ballot Notice to the Shareholders of the Company, for seeking their approval We wish to inform that pursuant to Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rule, 2014 the results of the Postal Ballot has been announced today i.e. 23rd April, 2019 at the Registered Office of the Company and as per the Scrutinizers Report the Special Resolution as set out in the Postal Ballot Notice dated 15th March, 2019 have been passed with the requisite majority. In view of the aforesaid, we are enclosing herewith the following:- a) Result of Postal Ballot Voting in the prescribed format under Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. b) Scrutinizers Report dated 23rd April, 2019 on the Postal Ballot Results. You are requested to kindly take the same on record.
