This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today 15th May, 2018 has: Approved the Statement of Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018. A copy of the said results, Audit Report and press release is enclosed. Recommended the dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2018 @ 1250% i.e., Rs.25/- (Rupees Twenty Five Only) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each to be declared at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 6th August, 2018. The dividend if declared will be paid/dispatched on or before 18th August, 2018. Resolved to close the Register of Members of the Company from Tuesday, 31st July 2018 to Monday, 6th August 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining entitlement of shareholders for final dividend and AGM.
