This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Corporation at its meeting held today, i.e. 21st May, 2018 has: Approved the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter / year ended 31st March, 2018. The Reports of the Auditors on the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Corporation are enclosed herewith. This intimation is also being uploaded on the Corporations website at www.bbtcl.com. The Financial Results are being published in newspapers as required under the provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations. The Board Meeting commenced at 11.30 a.m. and concluded at 5.30 p.m. Kindly take the same on record.
