STANDARD SHOE SOLE AND MOULD (INDIA) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2018 and any other matter with the permission of the Chair. Further, in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 05.02.2019 to 15.02.2019 (i.e. after expiry of 48 hours after the results are made public) (both days inclusive).
