Starteck Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31 , 2019. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 20 15 and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company and in view of the above, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the date on which the results are declared.
