STEELCO GUJARAT LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/07/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We refer to our letter dated 24th May, 2019 submitted to your office through Listing Centre vide Acknowledgement No. 721831 dated 24/05/2019 in respect of intimation of Board meeting scheduled on 14th June, 2019 inter alia, for consideration and approval to the draft Audited Financial Results for the Quarter / Year ended 31st March, 2019. In this regards, we would like to inform you that in spite of necessary endeavor, the subject Financial Results for the quarter / year ended 31st March, 2019 could not be finalized and it is anticipated that it would take some more time in finalization of the same. In view of the above, as well as considering the availability of the Directors, the Board Meeting is re-scheduled to be held on 16th July, 2019.
