STERLING SPINNERS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the Regulation 29 and 47 of SEBI (LODR), 2015 Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held at New No.31, First Floor, Lazarus Church Road, R.A.Puram, Chennai 600 028 at 4.15 PM on Wednesday the 13th February, 2019 to consider and approve inter alia un-audited financial results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter and Nine months ended 31.12.2018 along with the Limited Review Report of Auditors.
