In terms of Regulation 33 (3) (b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is exercising the option of submitting the quarterly standalone financial results for all the four quarters and shall submit the annual consolidated financial results within the stipulated time.
