We write with reference to your email dated 22nd June, 2018 regarding submission of financial results for the financial year ended and quarter ended as on 31st March, 2018 as per regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, in this regard, we would like to inform you that we had filed the audited financial results for the year ended and quarter ended as on 31st March, 2018 on 30th May, 2018. Inadvertently, the said financial results were filed in accordance with the previous format and know we are submitting herewith revised audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the financial year 31st March, 2018 along with reconciliation table for equity as per IND-AS.
