Suyog Telematics Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the financial results for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2019 along with limited review report. Further, in compliance of Companys code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain close from Monday, July 01, 2019 up to 48 hours from the conclusion of the meeting.
