TALBROS AUTOMOTIVE COMPONENTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 and 47(1)(a) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that meetings of Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 13th August, 2019 interalia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2019. Further as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for the above purpose will continue to remain closed till August 15, 2019.
