Consider and approve the draft audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019 along with related segment-wise financial results; and 2. Recommend Dividend for the financial year 2018-19, if any. Further, we wish to inform you that as per the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company, to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Monday, April 1, 2019 to Friday, May 24, 2019 (both days inclusive).
