Approved the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report for the Quarter and Nine months ended on 31st December, 2018. 2. Considered Shifting of records of the Company from Delhi to Mumbai within same R & TA (Skyline Financial Services Pvt Ltd.) 3. Considered and approved appointment of Mrs. Sheetal Mitesh Shah as a Woman Director and as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. 4. Considered and approved resignation of Mr. Arvind Gala as an Independent Director of the Company.
