TRC FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 24th May, 2019 at Rockline Center, 54 Richmond Road, Bangalore 560025 at 12:30 Noon, inter-alia, to consider and approve the audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019; Please also note that, as already informed on 5th April, 2019, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report Trading by Insiders,) from 5th April, 2019. In view of the above, the same shall reopen on Monday, 27th May, 2019.
