The Board of Directors at their meeting convened today have inter alia considered and approved following: 1. Audited Financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019 as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015. 2. Auditors Report on the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019 of the Company as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations,2015 alongwith statement on Impact of Audit Qualification(for audit report with modified opinion) pursuant to SEBI circular bearing no. CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated May 27, 2016. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of the same and take it on record.
