Standalone Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2017 of the Company has been considered and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, i.e. 27th January, 2018. The Statutory Auditors, M Choudhury & Co., Chartered Accountants have carried out the Limited Review of the aforesaid Standalone Un-audited Financial Results. The Board Meeting commenced at 11:30 a.m. and concluded at 2:40 p.m.
