In compliance with the regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we are submitting herewith the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June 2017 along with Limited Review Report. The above results have been duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on 14.09.2017. The results are being published in the newspaper.
