The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. January 12, 2018, has inter alia approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors on the same. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4.30 p.m. and concluded at 5.00 p.m. The Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017, as approved by the Board, will also be available on the Companys website www.infomediapress.in. You are requested to take the same on record.
