We wish to inform you that in terms of Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 will be taken on record in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on 14th August, 2017. In terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Companys shares stand closed from 3rd August, 2017 and shall re-open on 17th August, 2017. The same has been informed to the Directors and Designated employees of the Company.
