In Compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, enclosed please find the following: (i) Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2017. (ii) Copy of the Limited Review Report on the aforesaid results issued by M/s. Singhi & Co., Statutory Auditor of the Company. The said unaudited financial results was recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held on 9th December, 2017. The Limited Review Report was also adopted by the Board at the said meeting
