The Board of Directors at its Meeting held today i.e. on 24th January, 2018 has inter alia, approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2017. The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12.15 p.m. and concluded at 2.30 p.m. Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 [Listing Regulations] we are enclosing the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company and the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2017, together with a copy of the Press Release. We are also enclosing a Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors, Messrs. B S R & Co. LLP, on the Standalone Financial Results of the Company and the Consolidated Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2017, as required under Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations.
