UNIPLY INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve the un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2018 with other agenda. Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 31st July, 2018 to 16th August, 2018 (Both Days Inclusive).
