We wish to bring to your notice that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. 14.11.2018 have considered and approved the followings: 1. The Un-Audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the second quarter and half year ended 30.09.2018 in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR), Regulations 2015. Copies of the said financial results are enclosed. 2. The Limited Review Report given by the Statutory Auditors on the Un-Audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the second quarter and half year ended 30.09.2018. Copies of the said Reports are enclosed. 3. Mrs. Parul Satyan Bhatt (DIN: 07143186) appointed as an Independent Director (Additional Director) on the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f 14.11.2018. She shall hold office as an Independent Director for a period of five years subject to the approval of Shareholders in the next General Meeting of the Company. The meeting commenced at 4.15 pm and ended at 07.10 pm.
