In terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are furnishing herewith Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2019, along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities (Standalone & Consolidated) as at March 31, 2019 (Audited) and Auditors Report. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has recommended payment of Dividend @ 250% i.e. Rs 2.50/- per equity share of Re.1/- for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2019 which shall be paid on or before September 21, 2019 post its declaration at the Annual General Meeting proposed to be held on Thursday, August 22, 2019.
