Vaibhav Global Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/01/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter/nine months ended 31st December, 2018. Further, as per Code of Conduct framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from 15th January, 2019 till 30th January, 2019 (both days inclusive) i.e. after forty eight hours from the date of Board Meeting to be held on 28th January, 2019.
