Vani Commercials Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company had been closed from 1st July 2019 and would remain closed till 48 hours from the declaration of financial results.
