Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III and Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, we are enclosing herewith Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2019 together with Auditors Report as approved by Board of Directors in its meeting held on 4th May, 2019. The Report of Auditors is with unmodified opinion with respect to the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2019. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12:00 noon and concluded at 5:00 p.m.
