This is to inform you that pursuant to regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on today i.e. 14th February, 2019 has inter-alia considered and approved the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018. The copy of aforesaid Un-audited Standalone Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018, as submitted by the Auditors of the Company, are enclosed herewith.
