VISAKA INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve It is hereby informed that next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 12, 2019 at the Corporate Office of the Company situated at "Visaka Towers", 1-8-303/69/3, S.P.Road, Secunderabad - 500 003, inter-alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2019. In view of the same, trading window of the company which is closed effective from July 1, 2019 shall remain closed till August 14, 2019 i.e., elapse of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
