Pursuant to the Order dated 31st January, 2018 passed by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad ("NCLT Order"), a meeting of Equity Shareholders of the Company was held on Saturday, 17th March, 2018 at 12.00 Noon at Hotel Ginger, 45A, Sector 63, Block H, Noida, Gautam Budha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh-201301 for approving the Scheme of Amalgamation between Techno Electric & Engineering Company Limited and Simran Wind Project Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors (the "Scheme"). The proposed resolution approving the Scheme was passed with requisite majority by Equity Shareholders of the Company, as required by NCLT Order and the SEBI Circular.
