WELLNESS NONI LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform that the Company has decided to consider and publish Annual Audited Financial results of the Company for the year 2018-19 within 60 days from the closure of the financial year ended 31-3-2019. Hence the Company will not consider the un-audited financial results for the last quarter ending 31-3-2019. The meeting of the Directors of the Company will be held on 30-5-2019 at 12.00 noon to consider Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31.03.2019. Further, As per the Insider Trading code, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the company shall remain closed from 21st May 2019 to 30th May , 2019 (both days inclusive) as per the code of conduct of the Company under SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992.
