Worth Investment & Trading Co Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. To consider the Audited Financial results for the year ended 31st March, 2019 alongwith limited review report of the auditors. 2. Any other matter which the Chair thinks fit. Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window will remain closed for all directors /officers /designated employees of the Company from May 28, 2019 to May 30, 2019 (both days inclusive) on account of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2019.
