YASH MANAGEMENT & SATELLITE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2018 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and any other matter with the permission of the Chair. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed for all the Board Members and designated employees from 30th January, 2019 to 18th February, 2019 (both days inclusive).
