Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith, in the prescribed format, the Un-audited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018. The said results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and taken on record and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14th Novembert, 2018.
