Asahi Infrastructure & Projects has received project worth Rs 200 crore from the State Government of Rajasthan for constructing affordable houses under public-private partnership.
The project includes construction of 1,800 houses on 52 per cent land and another 200 independent bungalows, a commercial complex and a mini theatre on the remaining land to be provided by the Government. The company recently received work-order for construction of 800 houses and infrastructure work, such as roads, sewerage, community centres, water-supply pipelines, development of parks, etc. under a Central Government scheme from the Municipal Council of Partur district Jalna. The value of the contract is Rs 18.31 crore, and the project is to be completed within 18 months.
