Rajesh Jain has joined apparel retailer Biba as Business Head of their new brand Rangriti, a women's ethnic wear brand targeted at the mass market.

The brand is being sold through distributors around the country, as against the company's premium ethnic wear brand Biba, which sells through exclusive boutiques and shop-in-shops at leading department stores.

Prior to joining Biba, Jain ran his own company, Miraaya, a women's ethnic wear.

At Biba, he is expected to replicate the success of Miraaya. Jain was also with Pantaloons as Manager, Product Development and Marketing, and has also worked with designer Ritu Kumar.
