Germany company Blaupunkt Holding has set up its Indian subsidiary Blaupunkt India.
The Indian entity will be a joint venture between Blaupunkt Holding and its India partner AutoSonics India.
This is a re-entry for the company which earlier operated through multi-channeled distribution networks. Now, the company’s products will be available exclusively in AutoSonic’s dealership points.
