Eisai Pharmaceuticals India Pvt. Ltd Managing Director Sanjit Singh Lamba has made an announcement that Eisai Pharmatechnology and Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd.(Visakhapatnam) and Eisai Pharmaceuticals India Pvt. Ltd. (Mumbai), two subsidiaries of Eisai Co. Ltd (Tokyo), have been amalgamated and the new entity shall be known as “Eisai Pharmaceuticals India Pvt. Ltd”.
He said the amalgamation of the two subsidiaries was completed to leverage the capability of Eisai India’s state-of-the art integrated research and manufacturing operations with its specialised sales force to meet its business objectives in India.
Sanjit Singh Lamba has been appointed the Managing Director of Eisai Pharmaceuticals India Pvt. Ltd., the merged entity.
