Reliance Defence Systems Pvt Ltd, part of Anil Ambani-led Reliance Group, has announced the induction of Vice Admiral (Retd) HS Malhi, into its top leadership team. Upon completion of statutory formalities of Reliance Group’s already announced acquisition of Pipavav Defence and Offshore Engineering Co Ltd, Vice Admiral Malhi will assume charge as Group President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Post serving in the Indian Navy, Vice Admiral Malhi was appointed as Chairman & Managing Director of Mazagon Dock Ltd, Mumbai.
