Mother Dairy launches buttermilk

Mother Dairy launched a new product for this summer — Tadka Chach buttermilk. “We at Mother Dairy always believe in offering a variety of choices to our consumers at right prices. A shift in consumer preference towards healthier alternatives has changed the composition of the food and beverages industry. Consumers are switching to healthier alternatives.

The products like Tadka Chach are not only refreshing, but also have health benefits. This launch will add to our already existing products within the categories of lassi and chach. The new product has all necessary ingredients which will be in lieu with the traditional tastes of Northern India,” said a Mother Dairy spokesperson. The buttermilk is priced at Rs 5 for a 200 ml pouch. The company already has sweet lassi, salted lassi and chach in its portfolio.
